Scitech
Scitech is an interactive, educational and engaging science centre conveniently located in the heart of Perth. As Western Australia's leading science education institution, this unique centre offers captivating science experiences for the whole family.
Boasting Australasia's largest planetarium, over one hundred hands-on exhibits, enthralling feature exhibitions, mind-blowing science performances and delightful puppet shows – there is so much to see and do at Scitech, you won't know where to start! Scitech also offers specialised school holiday programs and CSIRO Lab to allow inquisitive minds even more opportunities to create and experiment.
Scitech is open weekdays from 9:30am - 4:00 pm

Western Australian Museum
The Western Australian Museum is the WA's premier cultural organisation, housing the State's scientific and cultural collection.
For over 120 years the Museum has been making the WA's natural and social heritage accessible and engaging through research, exhibitions and public programs. A new Museum for WA is currently being built, which means the Perth site is temporarily closed.

Art Gallery of Western Australia
Located right in the heart of Perth's vibrant cultural precinct, The Art Gallery of Western Australia occupies three heritage buildings on the south-eastern corner of the Perth Cultural Centre.
The Gallery houses the State Art Collection, which includes one of the world’s finest collections of Indigenous art, the pre-eminent collection of Western Australian art and design, as well as Australian and International art and design.
Offering a balance between traditional and contemporary displays and surrounded by some of Perth's finest food and wine venues, coffee carts and pop-up bars, the Art Gallery of WA is a sure place to explore whilst in Perth.
The Art Gallery of WA is open Wednesday to Monday from 10am - 5pm

Perth Zoo

Hyde Park
Hyde Park is located between the inner-city suburbs of North Perth and Highgate, and is a shady, peaceful retreat with an abundance of natural wildlife and walking paths. You'll often find locals enjoying a stroll, morning run or afternoon yoga, or to having a picnic while relaxing on a lunch break.
