Hyde Park is located between the inner-city suburbs of North Perth and Highgate, and is a shady, peaceful retreat with an abundance of natural wildlife and walking paths. You'll often find locals enjoying a stroll, morning run or afternoon yoga, or to having a picnic while relaxing on a lunch break.
For those travelling with kids there’s some excellent play equipment and is well set up for barbecues and picnics with plenty of shady refuge and comfortable benches. A network of paved paths make it an excellent park to go to with a pram or a wheelchair, and lots of bench seats provide plenty of places to sit and relax, in the sun or the shade, with a view of the lakes.
